1890's - 1905
Jersey and accompanying cap
Napavine, Washington was established as a town in 1883. The overall feel and look of this jersey is primitive, and the fabric is rough. The wide button placket running vertically down the middle of the jersey is similar to many 1890's examples I have seen. However, it's possible it's Early 1900s.
Unique Feature: Black material underside collar matching color of "Napavine" wool sewn on letters.
Also Pictured: Early 1900's Stall & Dean full web glove, Spalding "Star" baseball, and Spalding "League 150" bat.
