Gorgeous 4-button mother of pearl pull-over jersey with eye-catching colors and style.

The Chicago White Sox wore an American flag patch on their sleeves during the 1917 season (see photos below of Joe Jackson from 1917). 

This jersey is the only one I have ever seen with this rare patch from this era.
